You may use this form to request an appointment with one of our financial consultants. Please note that this is only a request for an appointment; after your request has been submitted, we will contact you to confirm an exact date and time, as well as the hourly rate for your appointment.

Appointments are available from at 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. CST, Monday-Thursday and 8:00 a.m.-4:00 p.m. CST Fridays. Special requests for after-hours and weekend appointments should be directed to Marcie Smith at (713) 782-9974. Your confirmation e-mail will include specific instructions and guidelines for preparing for your appointment with us.
